Daily Football Tips is a free information and entertainment publication. Everything we send is opinion, not advice. We are not a bookmaker, not a financial adviser, and not regulated to give betting or investment advice. Betting involves risk and you can lose money. Every bet you place is your own decision and your own responsibility.

1. Agreement

By using dailyfootball.tips or subscribing to our email you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or subscribe. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is the one that applies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe, and you must be in a country where betting on football is legal for you. It is your responsibility to know and follow the gambling laws that apply where you live. We may remove any subscriber we believe does not meet these conditions.

3. Nature of the tips

• Our selections reflect one analyst's personal view at the time of writing, based on publicly available information.
• Odds move. A price we quote may no longer be available when you read the email, and we are not responsible for shortened or withdrawn prices.
• Team news, injuries, and line-ups can change after publication. Always check before placing a bet.
• Nothing we publish is a promise, prediction, or guarantee of a result.

4. No guarantee of profit

Past results, published records, and winning runs are not a guide to future performance. Losing runs happen to every tipster and will happen here. We make no representation that following our tips will produce a profit, and you should never stake money you cannot comfortably afford to lose.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate details when subscribing, and use an email address you are entitled to use.
• Do your own research and set your own stakes and limits.
• Do not copy, resell, republish, or redistribute our content, in whole or in part, without written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the mailing list.

6. The service is free, and provided as is

The email is free of charge and you are under no obligation to place any bet. We may change, pause, or stop the publication, or alter its format and frequency, at any time. We aim to send every day but we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, and email providers may delay or filter messages outside our control.

7. Advertising and affiliate links

The publication may contain advertising or affiliate links, and we may receive a commission if you open an account with a bookmaker through one of them. This never changes which selections we publish, and it costs you nothing. Any offer promoted is subject to the terms and conditions of the operator concerned, not ours.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the site and in the email, including text, layout, branding, and the Daily Football Tips name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may read it and share individual editions privately, but commercial use requires our permission.

9. Third party sites

We link to bookmakers, statistics providers, and support organisations. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of any third party site, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any losses, including betting losses, lost stakes, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or the tips we publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Responsible gambling

12. Governing law and contact
